About me

Hi, I’m Christine

I was born and raised in France, and left in 2023 to live in Malmö, Sweden. After 2 years there, I’ve now made home in Montreal, Canada.

Living abroad was always something I wanted to do, but never dared to, so this life abroad sometimes still feels surreal to me.

Traveling is one of the things I enjoy the most – like many – and I love to go deep into organizing everything (feels like a part-time on top of my full-time job tbh). Through expatourist, I share travel tips, local discoveries, and my own personal stories.

When I’m not working on this project or at my day job, I also love learning languages, especially Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, which is most probably linked to my passion for anime, drama, and asian music. I also have a soft spot for tiny ceramics.
